You agree to the following terms & conditions upon signing up for a training program at Cloudtrackpro.com

Signup Information

  1. You agree to not use any incorrect, misleading or falsified information while signing up. This includes any and all data related to you including but not limited to Name, Email Address, Physical Address, Payment information etc.
  2. You agree that you have been made fully aware and are satisfied with the scope of the training that you are registering for and the content it covers. You also agree to all the below conditions.


Support Scope

You agree to the below scope of support available for the course you are subscribing to.

  1. Support is available only for topics covered within the course or the official course curriculum.
  2. Any questions from external sources such as sample questions, challenge questions, exam related practice etc. are not covered.
  3. Exam prep is Not provided.
  4. Job support is Not provided.
  5. Interview support is Not provided.
  6. Support is available only through the course integrated Q&A Forum as well as through email.
  7. Phone, Whatsapp or chat support is NOT provided.


Refund

  1. You agree and understand that there shall be NO refund of the course fees under any circumstances unless the training batch was cancelled by CloudTrackPro for any reason.


Behavioral Issues

  1. You agree to be cordial and respectful to everyone during the training session. No condescending attitude will be tolerated.
  2. Under no circumstances should you cause any disruptions to the class.
  3. You shall NOT engage in unprofessional behavior such as not letting others speak, interrupting the trainer constantly, hoarding the mic etc.
  4. You may NOT give answers to questions raised by other students unless you have been specifically asked to or called upon to do so.
  5. You may NOT argue with the trainer. If you have any disagreements,  you should discuss this outside the training session.


Single Use Only

  1. The training program you are signing up for is only meant for 1 student (yourself) unless explicitly mentioned in the course details. Under no circumstances shall you use this as a shared training program with anyone else.
  2. Your may NOT share any of the content with anyone else.
  3. You shall NOT attempt to download any training session videos from the portal. They are meant to be viewed only from within the portal. The recorded sessions are provided only as an added benefit and is not included in the course fees. You are expected to use it to only catch up on missed sessions. Any attempt to download or distribute any of the videos will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.

Your registration to the course live sessions and all it’s contents will stand cancelled and no refund will be issued if you are deemed to be flouting any of the above mentioned conditions.
